Wood-Pattern Sandstone is a clastic sedimentary stone known for its natural resemblance to wood. Its high resistance to fading makes it a popular choice for exterior façades.

However, this stone has some limitations: it is not easily polishable and does not adhere well to mortar, so mechanical support such as clamps or anchors is required during installation. It is typically processed in long polished pieces, grooved, bush-hammered, brushed, or cut with saws and guillotines.
